Welcome to the 2024-25 BPAA Basketball Registration!

Our leagues serve the area surrounding Brooklyn Park, MINNESOTA!

Elementary - 1st through 5th grade

Junior High - 5th through 8th grade

Senior High - 9th through 12th grade

Using this form, you will register, sign consent forms and pay your league fee for the upcoming season.

PARENT MEETING:  Thursday 10/24 @ 7:00 - 8:00 PM at the Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center-Grand Ballrooms

Kindergarten (program is held on Saturdays for 8 weeks):

• Coaches meeting: Tuesday 12/3  @ the Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center
• Practices will be held on 12/7 and 12/14.
• Games will start on 12/21.

Elementary (games are held Friday nights):

• Coaches meeting: Monday 10/21 @ the Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center.
• Practices will start the week of October 28th.
• Games will start 12/6.

Middle School (games are held on Saturdays):

• Tryouts/Evaluations:  Tuesday 10/8 and Thursday 10/10 at North View Middle School.  See our Player Eval page for exact times per grade
• Coaches meeting: Monday 10/28 at Maple Grove Community Gyms.
• Practices will start the week of October 28th.
• Games will start on 12/7.

Senior High games are held on Sundays):

• Tryouts/Evaluations:  Saturday 12/2 at North View Middle School.  See our Player Eval page for exact times per grade
• Practices will start the week of December 9th.
• Coaches meeting: Tuesday 12/10.
• Games will start on 1/5.

Please plan to attend one of the two in-person registration dates held at the Brooklyn Park Community & Activity Center.  These are also dates to attend if you wish to apply for Financial Assistance. 

These in-person sessions are open to anyone who would like assistance with the registration process regardless of payment type.  We will have volunteers available to assist you with the online registration form and league fee payment process.   

To help speed up your assisted registration, please remember your SportsEngine account (typically your email) and password.  If you don't have a SportsEngine account, you can create one at any time by clicking here to create a SportsEngine account.  If you don't know your username/password prior to this in person session, it will significantly increase the time it will take to register.

If you are a resident of Brooklyn Park or Brooklyn Center and you wish to apply for financial assistance, do NOT register online without having first received your discount code to complete your registration at the discounted rate.  See our Player Registration page for how to apply for assistance at the Brooklyn Park CAC Park & Rec Office.  If you register without your code, you will pay the full amount as the discount will not be applied after the fact.

"Playing up" is NOT an option in the BPAA basketball program. All players must register for the league that matches the grade they are enrolled in school.

House League players are NOT eligible to participate if their name appears on a traveling team roster during the course of the BPAA season or have played in more than three traveling tournaments during the BPAA season.

Violations of these policies will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the program.
